| 1. This is with reference to your interview which you had with us on dated @InterviewDate. 2. The Board of Directors is pleased to appoint you as Accountant at Maharishi Vidya Mandir, @SchoolName. Please join your duties by @JoinDate. 3. Your basic salary will be Rs. ______________ per month with grade pay of Rs. ________ and dearness allowance ____, as applicable in school. 4. a) You will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of your joining duty. The period of probation may be further extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Board of Directors either during the probation period or during the extended period of probation. The confirmation at the expiry of the prescribed period of probation will not be deemed or presumed unless we have issued a letter to this effect. b) During the period of probation your service may be liable for termination without notice or compensation in lieu of notice or specifying any reason(s) thereof, at the discretion of Board of Directors. In case you desire to leave the service during this period you will be required to give one month’s notice or pay one month’s salary. However you will be paid no salary in case you leave the service within one month of your joining on your own accord, but if the Board of Directors terminates your services within one month, you will be paid salary up to the date of your termination. c) Notwithstanding the above mentioned conditions, your services can however be terminated any time by giving two month’s notice or pay in lieu thereof after probation. In case you desire to leave service after probation you need to give two months prior notice in writing or pay in lieu thereof. In the event of your services being terminated for any reason what so ever, or your leaving our services, you will be obliged to account for and return all organizational assets, articles, materials and correspondences in your possession, custody or charge which you have held/acquired during your services with us. Failure to do so will result in deducting the value of such assets from your salary or by taking any other action as may be deemed fit. 5. Your services are liable to be transferred to any other Department/Section/Branch/Office of the Maharishi Vidya Mandir located anywhere in India. The Board of Directors also reserves the right to transfer your services to any of its associates whether located at present place of posing or elsewhere and whether existing on the date of this appointment or coming up into existence or setup in future and on same or changed terms and conditions of employment. However, on your transfer, you will be governed by the terms and conditions of the service to which you are transferred. 6. You will act within the framework of the organizational structure policies and directions as may be laid down by the Board of Directors from time to time. Also you will be on whole time employment with us and is not supposed to undertake any full time/part time assignment, business, work or public office on honorary or payment basis without the written permission of the Board of Directors. | ||
